General Information:

Kenny is the Regional Director of COWM and Laura is the Women’s Development Lead and Staff Assessor. They love working together to help oversee one of CO’s newest regions, serving students at Calvin University, and helping the CO staff team at Western Michigan University. Kenny and Laura Hayes graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a degree in Secondary Math Education and Chemistry, respectively. They have four children, Molly, Micah, Madelynn, and Maria Klaire.

Testimony:

Kenny and Laura both became followers of Christ while in college. Soon afterwards, they were introduced to Campus Outreach, began growing in their faith, and developed hearts to impact their friends with the gospel. Both individually started working for the ministry after graduation in the mid 2000s. After getting married, they led the ministry at Tennessee Tech, where they helped assemble a team to plant a new state for the CO-ministry in central Illinois. They served on various campuses throughout Illinois for 11 years before building a new team of CO alumni to create COWM.
